Shipping policy

U.S. shipments will ship at no charge via USPS Ground Advantage.

Customers shipping to addresses outside of the U.S. will have the opportunity to select their preferred carrier ahead of each shipment; Aviary makes no guarantee or warranty of speed of service or traceability as they vary based on the selected carrier. For best service, we recommend USP, Fedex and DHL rather than the more affordable forwarders.

For customers who purchased a full season reservation, Aviary will send an email ahead of each individual shipment with the contents and shipping schedule, providing you with an opportunity to update your address and for internationals select a carrier and pay for shipping.
